Kaffeine, Great Titchfield Street, London W1 Kaffeine had been on my Fitzrovia hit list for ages, and I finally made it there one morning—and loved it so much I returned within days. This much-loved Aussie-style cafe is known for top-tier coffee (from Square Mile) and a refined brunch menu. Think espresso-drizzled pancakes, wild mushrooms on sourdough, and one of the best breakfast baps in London. Cosy interiors, great people-watching benches outside, and friendly vibes make it a standout for coffee lovers and brunch seekers alike in London W1. #kaffeine #kaffeinefitzrovia #greattitchfieldstreet #londoncoffee #fitzroviacafe #w1coffee #brunchlondon #londonbrunchspots #squaremilecoffee #coffeelovers #coffeetime #brunchmenu #pancakeslondon #breakfastbap #fitzrovialondon #independentcoffee #flatwhitefix #londoncafes #brunchclub #coffeelife

One of the best cafes I had been to in a while. The service was very good. Coffee arrived promptly and tasted great. Food options were good especially if vegetarian. The coffee price was a bit higher than usual but the food was reasonable. It’s a fairly small place so you may have to wait for a table

I completely understand how special it can be to have a favorite place. For me, that spot is Kaffeine in Fitzrovia—there's truly nowhere quite like it!

Nice coffee. The iced oat milk latte was sensational with the glass. The iced americano was pretty strong which was my favourite style. They have two tables of benches outside. It was a sunny morning, so we sat outside!

Visiting London and just happened to stop by this place. Had a delicious bacon breakfast sandwich and cappuccino. Interior is small, but cute. Reasonable prices (about 12.50) for a large sandwich and a drink. Would highly recommend for coffee and breakfast if you are staying near the area.

Tasty Anzac biscuit and strong flat white. Little seating available and gets quite busy around lunch time but overall nice cafe.
